Questions before you start

Do my customers need to agree to get messages?

Yes. Only add customers who agreed to hear from you, for example when they booked or paid. Rekeep is for reminding your own customers, never for cold messages.

What if a customer asks to stop?

Mark them opted out on the Clients tab, or tick “They asked to stop receiving messages” when you delete them. Rekeep then won't text their number again, even if they're added or imported back.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every account gets 14 days without a subscription, no card needed. Reminders send as usual during the trial, and you only pay for the SMS, from your SMS balance. After that, choose a plan to keep them going.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, then reminders stop. If your subscription stays canceled for more than 60 days, your account and client data may be deleted.

Can I get a refund?

Subscription fees and top-ups are final and aren't refunded. Unused balance stays on your account.

What if my balance runs out?

Messages your balance can't cover wait until the sending window closes at 18:00 UTC. Top up before then and they go out by themselves; after that, that day's messages are missed.

What if an SMS can't be sent?

If an SMS still fails after several attempts, its cost goes back to your balance. Messages blocked later by the recipient's mobile network aren't refunded.

What do you do with my customers' data?

Rekeep uses your client list only to run your reminders, on your behalf. Our Data Processing Agreement sets out how. Data Processing Agreement
